Pomegranate Orchard

Through our Hybrid Village Project, we aim to build self-sufficient villages through sustainable development initiatives. In our first Hybrid Village, we planted 263 pomegranate saplings with your support as part of our efforts to promote sustainable development.

Our field team and the villagers who have received training take responsibility for the care and ongoing monitoring of the planted saplings.

The Pomegranate Orchard Project aims to provide both a source of nutrition and a sustainable source of income for the village community. By developing agricultural production, we aim to contribute to the long-term economic independence of families and the sustainable development of the village.

HOW DOES THE PROJECT WORK?

1. Our team first provides selected members of the village community with training on the care and maintenance of the pomegranate orchard.
2. The villagers are informed that the saplings have been donated by you, as well as about the purpose and importance of the project.
3. During the planting of the saplings, a plaque bearing the donor's name is attached to the sapling as a keepsake.
4. A video is recorded during the planting process and later sent to the donor via WhatsApp.
