VOWED SACRIFICE (ADAK) QURBANI

As DCF, we have two main objectives with our vowed sacrifice (Adak Qurban) program:

1. To help meet children's protein needs so they can grow up healthy.
2. To deliver your vowed sacrifice to people in need and help fulfill the intention behind your vow.

HOW ARE THE SACRIFICES PERFORMED AND DISTRIBUTED?

• Vowed sacrifices are performed once the needs of the designated region have been met, usually within approximately one week.
• After completing the necessary preparations, our team goes to the designated sacrifice area and performs the sacrifice in accordance with Islamic rules and principles.
• During the sacrifice, videos are recorded in which the names of the donors are recited, and these videos are sent to you via WhatsApp.
• After the sacrifice, the meat is prepared and divided into portions by our team and distributed to people in need in the designated region.
• The beneficiaries are informed that the sacrifice has been donated by you as a vowed sacrifice, as well as being informed about its purpose and significance.

HOW MUCH DOES A VOWED SACRIFICE COST?

For Adak, Aqiqah, Gratitude (Shukr), and Healing (Shifa) sacrifices:

Goat: 5,500 TRY – €95

Large Livestock: 43,000 TRY – €800
