Dairy Goat

As DCF, our Dairy Goat Project focuses on two main goals:

1. Meeting children’s nutritional needs for healthy growth by providing access to nutritious milk.
2. Promoting small-scale livestock farming as a sustainable source of income and development.

At first, the family benefits from the goat’s milk to meet the nutritional needs essential for their children’s healthy growth and development. Over time, by raising and multiplying the animals, the family can generate income through both milk sales and small-livestock trading.

HOW DOES THE PROJECT WORK?

1. Our team first identifies families with children who are in need of support.
2. The family is informed that the dairy goat has been donated by the donor, along with the purpose and importance of the project.
3. When the dairy goat is delivered, a sign bearing the donor’s name is read aloud and a video is recorded.
4. The delivery video is then sent to the donor via WhatsApp.
